What you do at STEMconnector: I am a Research Analyst at STEMconnector. I support the development and implementation of research work streams including the Overlooked Talent Pools data series, the interactive STEM ecosystem map, and research on Upskilling and Reskilling in the STEM workforce, among others. I have a passion for solving real-world problems using evidence-based practices.
What you were doing before STEMconnector: Prior to joining STEMconnector, I served as an independent evaluator and consultant for corporate social responsibility programs. My professional experience includes working with public-private partnerships, conducting public health research in K-12 schools and after-school programs, and performing data and policy analysis.
Education: I earned my B.S. in Health Sciences from Furman University in Greenville, SC.
Hobbies: In my spare time, I enjoy cooking healthy, delicious meals, backpacking through Central & South America, and taking long walks with my dog, Lincoln.
