Abbey Myers supports the development and implementation of research workstreams in an effort to provide actionable insights to STEMconnector members across sectors and industries. She has a passion for solving real-world problems using evidence-based practices.
Prior to joining STEMconnector, Abbey served as an independent evaluator and consultant for Fortune 100 corporate social responsibility programs. Her professional experience includes working with public-private partnerships, conducting public health research in K-12 schools and afterschool programs, and performing data and policy analysis.
Abbey brings a personal connection to STEM education. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics, a public, two-year residential high school program for grades 11 and 12. This educational experience equipped her with a strong foundation in and affinity for STEM.
A South Carolina native, Abbey earned her B.S. in Health Sciences from Furman University in Greenville, SC.
