Alison Bazil

Co-Chair Ford STEAM Council, Ford Motor Company

Alison Bazil has been with Ford Motor Company for 29 years.  She is the Chassis Manager of wheels, tires, jacks and wheel trim for all North American produced cars and trucks.   She has her bachelors and masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.  In addition to her Chassis Manager position, Alison is also the Co-Lead for the STEAM Advisory Council.  In this role, Alison is setting the mission and vision for Ford’s expanded corporate STEAM strategy.  Alison is also on the leadership team of the Ford’s Women in Product Development employee resource group and the lead recruiter for the Society of Women Engineers. She has made advocacy for women a priority throughout her career.

Alison is married and has two sons.  She volunteers with her son’s Boy Scout troop and theater team.  She enjoys running, biking, cooking and reading.
