What you do at STEMconnector: As the project manager, I work directly with clients to create a customized and scalable solution with each project. My work has been focused on STEMconnector’s Day of Design initiative which provides corporations with a hands-on STEM talent solution. I have been instrumental in developing projects from the ground up and consistently use my creativity to find innovative solutions to every challenge. My background in international relations and intercultural communication helps bring a community building approach to my work. I have a firm belief in the power of connectivity and in bringing groups across sectors to work towards a common goal. My passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion fuels my strong conviction that leveraging differences improves organizational performance.
What you were doing before STEMconnector: Prior to joining STEMconnector, I interned at the United States Senate at the office of Senator Robert P. Casey where I performed legislative research on international relations, defense policy, and immigration.
