Dan Solley is responsible for new client acquisition and account expansion across multiple industry segments. He does this by engaging leaders who collectively are re-envisioning the workforce and identifying strategies to increase the number of STEM-ready workers in the global talent pool.
Prior to joining STEMconnector, Dan spent many years managing clients and pipelines at leading organizations, including Bloomberg and CEB. His experience with companies dependent on tech talent led Dan to develop a deep understanding of the value of a STEM-ready and diverse workforce for both future organizational and economic success. Dan has experience conducting business with C-suite executives across several functions and he’s come to find that the common theme in most business problems is a lack of qualified talent.
Dan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and traces his roots back to the gulf coast of Alabama. He currently lives in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC with his fiancé Allie and their Boykin Spaniel, Murray. When he’s not working to solve the STEM crisis, Dan can be found exploring DC’s forever changing restaurant scene, watching recorded episodes of Jeopardy, and attempting to sous-vide anything that will fit into a Ziploc bag.
