Dulcy O’Rourke has been responsible for leading the STEM Program Office at Lockheed Martin since March 2018. She is driving the overarching integrated approach to enterprise wide STEM activity. Incorporating the missions of key internal functional partners such as Corporate Engineering, Technology & Operations (CETO), Corporate Communications, and Global Diversity & Inclusion Dulcy ensures programming that focuses on cultivating STEM talent pipelining. She also partners with Business Area leaders in all market segments to ensure the state of STEM programming aligns with the critical skills of our workforce.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin Ms. O’Rourke held a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities at United Technologies and Sikorsky Aircraft creating programs focused on organizational strategies and human resource practices such as university relations and recruiting, designing leadership development programs for early in career engineers in addition to talent management execution in multiple technical disciplines.
Additionally, Dulcy has over 13 years of experience designing STEM educational programs and spent several years in public education teaching middle school math/science.
