Rashad Smith is a technical support shift manager with Atlantech Online. Rashad’s career started in the retail environment where he developed excellent customer service skills. Through his time in retail Rashad also developed skills in people management, heading multiple departments. About two years ago Rashad made the decision to shift careers and move into the realm of IT. Rashad received technical training from Per Scholas that allowed him to facilitate this move. Armed with over a decade of experience in customer service, Rashad utilized his new technical skills to elevate quickly through the ranks in Atlantech. In a little over a year with the company Rashad was able to earn the position of shift manager.
