Marketing Project Manager

Role Description:

Working in the Sales and Marketing department at Pod, the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The Pod marketing team operates both internal projects. It is estimated that approx. 30% of time will be focused on internal projects and 70% on external marketing projects with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to set project timelines
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Work with clients to establish strong trust-based relationships
  • Work with the sales team on potential upsell opportunities

Qualifications:

  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt as needed while keeping a tight focus on the core goals of a project
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • At least three years experience as Project Manager on large scale projects
  • Experience with workflow management platform such as Monday or Basecamp
  • Experience with Salesforce, required
  • Experience with HubSpot, required
  • Experience with WordPress or Hubspot content development, blogs, landing pages
  • Google Analytics , Digital Marketing experience required
  • At least 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Must be proficient at preparing client-facing communications including presentations, proposals, meeting recaps, project timelines
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe
