The Driving Change study will analyze insurance industry employee demographics, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) programs, and gender parity initiatives in the insurance industry and shine a spotlight on opportunities for women of color. 

The data will be collected and analyzed by Verisk, through a Secure FTP mailbox, and reported in aggregate – individual companies will not be named in the results. There is no cost to participate in this study, and participation is open to any organization working in the insurance industry that wants to demonstrate its commitment to creating opportunities for women in STEM in the insurance industry..
