Olay Face the STEM Gap Role Model Event will power the dreams of the next generation of girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by connecting 1,000+ high school girls with inspiring female role models, including Markaisa Black, PhD, Senior Scientist at Olay.

Olay is committed to doubling the number of women in STEM and tripling the number of women of color in STEM by 2030. On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, Olay, in partnership with Million Women Mentors, will host a live, virtual event featuring an exceptional panel of women in STEM. The panelists will share their experiences pursuing a STEM education and a STEM career and offer words of encouragement for young women to pursue, persist and succeed in STEM.
