This October, STEMconnector is launching the inaugural Day of Design, a national movement that teaches creative problem solving across the entire student pipeline. Our aim is to eliminate the STEM gap by teaching students how to be innovators and create change in their own communities.
To do so, we are engaging teachers and students in one month of design challenge activities leading up to our culminating event Oct 6th, 2017, Day of Design Live. This event will be live streamed and feature engaging discussions, experiential learning modules, and a live challenge, which we invite classrooms across the nation to join in virtually!
This Wednesday, live on the Day of Design YouTube page, we will be hosting the first training webinar for teachers and all education facilitators to get you prepared for these design challenges.
This webinar will be recorded and available to you after the session.
